Projects can start from a real-world object, a drawing, a reference image or an existing file. Physical objects can be 3D scanned, while new parts or modifications can be created digitally through CAD and 3D modelling.

Scan data, CAD models and 3D files are checked, cleaned and prepared for production. This can include repair, smoothing, scaling, splitting, hollowing, test fitting and print setup depending on the final use.

Parts, prototypes, masters and replicas are produced using suitable 3D printing processes and materials, including FDM, resin, nylon and large-format 3D printing where required.

Printed parts can be cleaned, assembled, filled, sanded or refined depending on the final use. This stage helps improve the appearance, fit, function and presentation of the finished piece.

Finished parts are securely packaged and sent by tracked delivery. Digital files such as STL, OBJ or scan data can also be supplied by email or transfer link where required.
